Honors the life and legacy of Congressman William J. Pascrell, Jr., who served 36 years in public office as a New Jersey Assemblyman (1988-1996), Mayor of Paterson (1990-1996), and U.S. Representative (1997-2024) until his death on August 21, 2024

Recognizes Pascrell's pioneering leadership in co-founding and co-chairing the Congressional Brain Injury Task Force, which advances national policy, research, and resources for individuals affected by traumatic and acquired brain injuries

Urges all current and future members of Congress elected from New Jersey to join and actively participate in the Congressional Brain Injury Task Force to continue Pascrell's advocacy work

Directs copies of the resolution be transmitted to U.S. House leadership, New Jersey's congressional delegation, the Task Force co-chairs (Rep. Chris Deluzio and Rep. Morgan Luttrell), and the Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey
