Creates a bipartisan Senate Task Force on Government Efficiency and Regulatory Review consisting of six senators—three appointed by the Senate President and three by the Minority Leader—with two co-chairs from different political parties

Task force will review state statutes, rules, regulations, and Executive Orders to assess their economic impact and determine whether costs and burdens on businesses, workers, school districts, and local governments outweigh intended benefits

Requires at least two public hearings annually in different regions of the state to gather testimony from business leaders, workers' groups, school officials, local government officials, and taxpayers

Must hold one public hearing within 60 days of adoption and provide an initial report of findings and recommendations to the Senate within one year

Task force will submit annual written reports recommending the repeal, rescission, or amendment of statutes, regulations, or Executive Orders that unduly burden state entities
