Requires all tobacco product retailers in New Jersey (except cigar shops) to stock and sell at least one FDA-approved nicotine replacement therapy product for smoking cessation.

Retailers retain discretion over the type, quantity, and number of nicotine replacement therapy products they carry, with products required to be displayed behind the sales counter.

If a retailer sells out of nicotine replacement therapy products, they must place a restock order within 5 business days and have products available again within 14 days.

Retailers must display printed notice that nicotine replacement therapy products are available and post the NJ Smoking Quitline logo, phone number, and website.

Takes effect 60 days after enactment, with the Commissioner of Health authorized to establish display requirements for signage and materials.
