Adds developmental disability as a new category for indefinite excuse from jury service in New Jersey, amending N.J.S.2B:20-10.

Requires the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) to create and maintain a list of individuals indefinitely excused from jury duty due to developmental disabilities, along with eligibility guidelines and an online application form.

Defines developmental disability as a severe, chronic condition manifesting before age 22 that causes substantial limitations in three or more major life activities (self-care, language, learning, mobility, self-direction, or independent living capacity).

Covered conditions include intellectual disability, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, spina bifida, and other neurological impairments meeting the definitional criteria.

Applicants must submit physician-verified documentation of their developmental disability and complete the AOC's required forms to be added to the exemption list.
