Requires all health insurance carriers in New Jersey to cover annual prostate cancer screenings in accordance with nationally recognized clinical practice guidelines, replacing previous requirements that specified digital rectal exams and PSA tests for men age 40-50+ based on risk factors.

Eliminates all cost-sharing requirements including deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments for prostate cancer screening coverage.

Expands coverage requirements to apply to all group sizes, removing the previous limitation that only applied to groups with more than 49 persons.

Extends requirements to individual health insurance policies, small employer health benefits plans, and contracts purchased by the State Health Benefits Commission and School Employees' Health Benefits Commission.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, with individual health benefits plans under P.L.1992, c.161 taking effect January 1, 2027.
