Mandates that submitted information include building names and addresses, landlord/manager contact information, application status, waitlist availability, and instructions for applying.

Requires the housing directory to be published on the websites of the Department of Community Affairs, New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, and New Jersey Housing Resource Center.

Municipalities with websites must provide links to these state housing databases, and the Department of Community Affairs must reimburse municipalities for compliance costs.

Takes effect on the first day of the fourth month following enactment.
