Requires the Administrative Office of the Courts to compile and publicly report statewide and county-level statistics on consumer debt lawsuits annually to the Governor and Legislature

Mandated statistics include: number of new cases filed (by court division), cases pending three months or more, cases with attorney representation for defendants, judgments granted including default judgments, and other dispositions

Defines "consumer debt lawsuit" as civil actions to enforce consumer credit contracts or collect medical debts filed in Superior Court

Takes effect on the first day of the fourth month following enactment

Implements recommendations from the National Center for Access to Justice's March 2024 "Consumer Debt Litigation Index" report, which found such data is necessary for courts and lawmakers to understand and address problems in consumer debt litigation
