Allows juveniles of any age to be tried as adults for committing criminal homicide against law enforcement officers, overriding existing age-based protections under P.L.2015, c.89

Requires mandatory waiver of juvenile court jurisdiction when probable cause exists that a juvenile purposely or knowingly killed a law enforcement officer performing duties or targeted for their status

Waiver applies when the officer was in uniform, exhibiting evidence of authority, or killed specifically because of their law enforcement role

Courts may deny the waiver motion only if clearly convinced that the prosecutor's request constitutes an abuse of discretion

Excludes death by auto cases from the mandatory adult prosecution provision
