The website must include searchable information on treatment services, provider contact details and operating hours, state hotlines, peer-support groups, involuntary commitment procedures, and guardianship procedures.

Community-based housing options, recovery residences, supportive housing providers, and transition resources including housing assistance and utility voucher programs must be described on the site.

The Office of Information Technology must publicize the website through all available media including print, signage, television, radio, Internet, and social media.

Links to the centralized website must be prominently posted on the websites of the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services, Department of Health, and Department of Children and Families.
