The Secretary of Higher Education must develop a career and education guide for postsecondary students with disabilities, in consultation with the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development and the New Jersey Presidents' Council.

The guide must identify available resources at each New Jersey institution of higher education, including disability career centers, career counseling, placement services, work-based learning options (internships, co-ops), and accommodations such as note-taker services, exam accommodations, and accessible facilities.

Career planning guidance must be provided on disability disclosure to employers, negotiating workplace accommodations, workers' rights for employees with disabilities, and available assistive technologies.

The guide must include a list of national and regional organizations with contact information specifically tailored to job seekers with disabilities.

The Office of the Secretary of Higher Education must publish the guide on its website, with the law taking effect 90 days after enactment.
