Renders void and unenforceable any contract provision restricting a licensed physician's right to practice medicine in any geographic area after termination of employment, partnership, or professional relationship

Preserves enforceability of non-compete covenants when physicians move between similarly-sized organizations (both having 30+ physicians or both having 30 or fewer physicians)

Allows federally qualified health centers to enforce non-competes within a 5-mile radius for up to 4 years after a physician's departure

Permits enforcement of restrictive covenants when employers provided "unique incentives" such as signing bonuses exceeding $50,000, starting new programs, or opening new facilities

Applies only to physician contracts entered into on or after the bill's effective date
