Makes it an unlawful practice under New Jersey's consumer fraud act to publish false or misleading advertisements about pregnancy-related services or health care services, including abortion services, contraception, prenatal care, and pregnancy testing.

Prohibits any person from misrepresenting their intent to provide pregnancy-related or health care services, or falsely representing themselves as a licensed health care facility.

Requires violators to immediately cease the false advertising and issue corrective advertisements or statements.

Authorizes the Attorney General to issue cease and desist orders, seek injunctions prohibiting advertising or services, and obtain court orders requiring remedial steps to correct adverse effects on clients.

Mandates that complaints alleging violations be investigated within 30 days of receipt, with violations subject to all consumer fraud penalties under existing law.
