$3.5 million supplemental appropriation from the General Fund to the Higher Education Student Assistance Authority for Community College Opportunity Grant - Adult Postsecondary Career and Technical Education

Provides last-dollar financial aid grants covering remaining tuition and fees after other State, federal, and institutional aid for adult students in postsecondary career and technical education programs at county vocational school districts

Eligibility requires New Jersey residency, enrollment in a program at least four months in length, annual adjusted gross income between $0 and $65,000, and good academic standing

Students must be enrolled in 6-18 credit hours and have applied for all other available financial aid, including completing a FAFSA or State financial aid form

Covers Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 semesters, with additional funding authorized if the number of qualifying applicants exceeds appropriated amounts
