Prohibits health care professionals in New Jersey from providing gender-affirming health care services to any individual under 21 years of age

Defines gender-affirming health care services as medical, surgical, therapeutic, diagnostic, preventative, rehabilitative, or supportive care and medication for treating gender dysphoria and gender incongruence

Explicitly excludes behavioral health, mental health, and psychiatric services from the prohibition

Health care professionals who violate the ban would face discipline for professional misconduct under existing state licensing laws

Applies to practitioners licensed under 17 different state medical boards, including the State Board of Medical Examiners, Board of Nursing, Board of Pharmacy, and Board of Psychological Examiners
