Amends N.J.S.A. 2C:52-10.1 to establish that if the Superintendent of State Police, Attorney General, and county prosecutor file no objection to an expungement petition within 60 days, objections are deemed waived

Requires courts to consider the expungement petition on the 61st day after filing when no objections are received, or the next business day if the 61st day falls on a weekend or legal holiday

Courts may grant expungements without a hearing under N.J.S.A. 2C:52-11 or deny them under N.J.S.A. 2C:52-12 if the court's own review shows ineligibility

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
