Expands seizure requirements during domestic violence incidents to include ammunition, firearm accessories (stocks, grips, detachable magazines), and firearm components in addition to firearms themselves

Adds two new statutory definitions: "firearm accessory" (devices attached to or used in firearm operation) and "firearm component" (parts material to firearm function including slides, cylinders, frames, receivers, and barrels)

Applies expanded seizure authority to property return hearings, allowing courts to order forfeiture or sale of seized ammunition, accessories, and components alongside firearms

Requires law enforcement to inventory all seized ammunition, accessories, and components in domestic violence reports and deliver them to county prosecutors

Maintains existing 45-day timeline for prosecutors to petition courts regarding seized items and for hearings on return or forfeiture of property
