Adds transportation network company (rideshare) drivers and taxicab drivers who commit sexual penetration or sexual contact against passengers using coercion or without permission to the definition of aggravated sexual assault under New Jersey law

Classifies such sexual penetration offenses as aggravated sexual assault, a first-degree crime punishable by 10-20 years imprisonment, fines up to $200,000, or both

Classifies such sexual contact offenses as aggravated criminal sexual contact, a third-degree crime punishable by 3-5 years imprisonment, fines up to $15,000, or both

Amends N.J.S.2C:14-2 and N.J.S.2C:14-3 to include this new category of offenders alongside existing aggravated circumstances such as crimes involving minors, weapons, or victims with disabilities
