Appropriates $45,000,000 from the Transportation Trust Fund Account - Subaccount for Capital Reserves to the Palisades Interstate Park Commission for disaster recovery construction projects

Funds are administered through the Department of Environmental Protection and require approval from the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting

Requires a memorandum of understanding between the Commissioner of Environmental Protection, the Executive Director of the Palisades Interstate Park Commission, and other relevant agency heads

Any federal reimbursements received for projects funded by this appropriation must be repaid to the Department of the Treasury and deposited back into the Transportation Trust Fund Account - Subaccount for Capital Reserves

Takes effect immediately upon enactment and supplements the FY2026 Appropriations Act (P.L.2025, c.74)
