Post-secondary institutions must publish employment outcomes and earnings data from the New Jersey Statewide Data System for graduates of the three most recent academic years on their websites as part of student consumer information reports.

The bill amends the "New Jersey College Student and Parent Consumer Information Act" (P.L.2009, c.197) to add employment data to existing required disclosures about costs, graduation rates, and faculty composition.

The Secretary of Higher Education must compile this employment information into a comparative profile of all four-year institutions, presented in a format allowing families to easily compare outcomes across schools.

Students or their parents/guardians must sign a statement acknowledging they reviewed the consumer information report, including the new employment data, when applying for admission.

The requirements take effect immediately and apply to the first full academic year following enactment.
