Requires the Administrative Office of the Courts to translate indictment pleadings, plea agreements, motions, and other pertinent criminal court documents into the primary language of defendants, witnesses, or legal guardians with decision-making authority.

Mandates translation services for nine languages: Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese, Italian, Korean, Hindi, Arabic, Haitian Creole, and French.

Requires courthouses to post conspicuous signs in waiting rooms, reception areas, and entry points informing the public of their right to translated documents and language assistance services.

Signs must be displayed in English, Spanish, and any other language the Administrative Office of the Courts deems necessary.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
