Creates the "New Jersey Feminine Hygiene Product Donations Immunity Act" to provide legal protections for donors and recipients of feminine hygiene products given to charitable organizations

Grants civil and criminal liability immunity to good faith donors of apparently usable feminine hygiene products donated to nonprofit organizations for free distribution, unless injury results from gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct

Extends the same immunity to charitable and nonprofit organizations, their employees, and volunteers who receive and distribute donated feminine hygiene products in good faith

Provides immunity to hospitals and licensed health care facilities that donate feminine hygiene products in accordance with recipient organization guidelines, with liability only for intentional misconduct

Defines "feminine hygiene products" to include sanitary napkins, tampons, liners, cups, underwear, and similar menstruation-related items; requires the Department of Community Affairs Commissioner to adopt implementing regulations
