Eliminates the statute of limitations for prosecuting human trafficking offenses under N.J.S.2C:13-8, allowing prosecution at any time after the crime is committed

Adds human trafficking to the list of offenses with no time limits, joining murder, manslaughter, sexual assault, and certain environmental crimes

Currently, human trafficking prosecutions must commence within five years of the offense

Amends N.J.S.2C:1-6, New Jersey's time limitations statute for criminal prosecutions

Applies immediately to all offenses not already barred by the existing statute of limitations at the time of enactment
