Increases the annual tuition credit for volunteer firefighters and first aid/rescue squad members from $600 to $1,250 per year of service at county colleges, vocational schools, and technical institutes in New Jersey.

Raises the maximum four-year tuition credit cap from $2,400 to $5,000 for the volunteer member, their dependent children, and spouse combined.

Maintains the existing requirement that volunteers must commit to a minimum of four years of service and sign an agreement with their municipality to qualify for the tuition credit.

Tuition-free enrollment remains subject to available classroom space and minimum enrollment requirements, with institutions still permitted to charge registration and lab fees.
