Clarifies that the standing order authorizing distribution of opioid antidotes applies to any FDA-approved opioid antidote, not just specific formulations

Authorizes any State-approved opioid antidote distribution program to distribute any FDA-approved opioid antidote

Maintains existing provisions allowing any person or entity to receive opioid antidotes through prescriptions, standing orders, or pharmacies

Preserves immunity from criminal, civil, and professional disciplinary liability for prescribers, pharmacists, and recipients who distribute or administer opioid antidotes in good faith

Amends P.L.2013, c.46 (the Overdose Prevention Act) with immediate effective date
