Requires each county prosecutor to collect and report data to the Attorney General on crimes involving firearm use that did not result in bodily injury, including juvenile acts that would constitute crimes if committed by adults.

Data reported must include: complaint number, date and time of incident, location (county, municipality, address), statutory citations and degree of offenses charged, and whether the firearm was used lawfully or unlawfully.

County prosecutors must report this information regardless of whether cases are prosecuted, dismissed, or downgraded.

Reporting occurs quarterly for three years beginning January 1 following the bill's effective date.

After the three-year period, the Attorney General must compile the data into a report for the Governor and Legislature, and publish it on the Department of Law and Public Safety website.
