Requires the Division of Travel and Tourism in the Department of State to develop and maintain an Internet website providing information on New Jersey's historic sites, historic districts, and historical roadside markers.

Website must include searchable content and an interactive map with location details, driving directions from all four cardinal directions, public transit directions where applicable, tour information, photographs, and contact information for each site.

Division must update the website whenever new sites or districts are added by state agencies, including the Division of Parks and Forestry, Historic Sites Council, New Jersey Historic Trust, or Department of Transportation.

New Jersey Historical Commission must accept public submissions recommending historic districts and privately-owned historic sites for inclusion in the roadside markers program through an electronic form on the website.

Roadside markers must feature a standardized design bearing the State seal, with design and placement standards established in consultation with the Department of Transportation.
