Limits occupancy of seasonal farm labor housing to 180 days per year unless the housing meets permanent housing standards, with all sleeping places required on the first floor.

Sets maximum occupancy at 50 people per building, which can increase to 100 people if egress doors are positioned no more than 75 feet apart around the building perimeter.

Mandates safety features including hard-wired interconnected smoke alarms, at least two means of egress, fire extinguishers within 50 feet of any point, and carbon monoxide alarms if fuel-burning appliances or attached garages are present.

Requires bathroom facilities within 200 feet of housing, hood-protected cooking operations complying with mechanical subcode standards, and annual certificate of occupancy renewals.
