Prohibits any person from using the title "Nurse" unless they hold a valid, unsuspended license as a registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, or advanced practice nurse in New Jersey.

Adds "Nurse" to the list of protected titles alongside existing abbreviations "R.N.," "L.P.N.," and "A.P.N." that unlicensed individuals cannot use.

Establishes penalties of $200 for first violations and $500 for subsequent offenses for unauthorized use of the "Nurse" title or other protected nursing designations.

Amends both P.L.1947, c.262 (professional and practical nursing) and P.L.1991, c.377 (advanced practice nursing) to include the title restriction.
