Expands the New Jersey Health Care Consumer Information Act to require publicly-accessible profiles for all licensed health care professionals, not just physicians, podiatrists, and optometrists as currently required.

Adds new profile information requirements including Medicare/Medicaid exclusions, insurance fraud violations from the past five years, actions by federal regulators (FDA, DEA), and privilege restrictions at both New Jersey and out-of-state health care facilities.

Requires the Division of Consumer Affairs to post a notice on its License Verification System directing the public to the more comprehensive health care professional profiles website for detailed background information.

Authorizes professional licensing boards to amend license applications and renewal forms to collect additional information necessary for completing practitioner profiles.

Takes effect immediately, but the expanded profiling requirements remain inoperative until 24 months after enactment.
