Allows "covered persons" under Daniel's Law (active, formerly active, or retired judicial officers, law enforcement officers, child protective investigators, prosecutors, and their immediate family members in the same household) who have approved redaction/nondisclosure applications to use a post office box, alternate address, or other contact point on their driver's license or identification card instead of their home address.

Extends existing address privacy protections already available to victims of stalking, sexual assault, and domestic violence to include Daniel's Law covered persons with approved privacy applications.

Clarifies that New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission identification cards must contain the applicant's street address, but permits the same alternative address exceptions as driver's licenses.

Requires individuals using a P.O. box on their license/ID to change to a street address upon renewal unless they qualify for an exception under the specified categories.
