Expands annual reporting requirements for New Jersey public higher education institutions to include retention rates, number of applicants, and acceptance rates in addition to existing graduation rate and test score requirements

Requires all student body profile data to be disaggregated by race, ethnicity, gender, family income, and first-generation college student status where available

Mandates institutions use the collected student body data to evaluate institutional diversity and inform admissions policies

Requires institutions to apply this data toward improving equity initiatives and determining resource allocation that promotes diversity and inclusion

Takes effect immediately and applies starting with the first full academic year following enactment
