Prohibits knowingly posting personal identifying information (name, home address, photos) of federal, state, or municipal judicial officers and their immediate family members online with intent to expose them to harassment or risk of harm.

Reckless violations constitute a fourth-degree crime (up to 18 months imprisonment, $10,000 fine); purposeful violations constitute a third-degree crime (3-5 years imprisonment, up to $15,000 fine).

Creates civil cause of action for affected judicial officers or family members, with minimum liquidated damages of $1,000 per violation, plus potential punitive damages and attorney's fees.

Bars state and local government agencies from posting judicial officers' personal identifying information online without first obtaining written permission from the judicial officer.

Defines "immediate family member" broadly to include spouses, domestic partners, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, in-laws, and extended relatives residing in the same household.
