Directs the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services and Department of Health to conduct a study on the causes, prevention, and reduction of disordered eating in New Jersey, with a report due to the Governor and Legislature within 18 months

Establishes a three-year Disordered Eating Prevention Research Grant Pilot Program to provide financial assistance to individuals and organizations researching treatment barriers, root causes, and risk factors for disordered eating

Requires the study to identify treatment gaps, evaluate prevention strategies including addressing weight-related discrimination, and develop outreach recommendations focused on youth, older residents, people of color, and LGBTQ individuals

Permits the Division to contract with third parties for focus groups and surveys, partner with the Department of Education on prevention education, and accept private or public grants and donations

Mandates annual reporting to the Governor and Legislature on grant recipients, award amounts, and research summaries, with the program expiring after three years
