Authorizes the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to expand the NJ Statewide Student Support Services program to include eating disorder awareness, prevention, and counseling services for K-12 students.

Requires the 15 regional hubs contracted with DCF to conduct community-based needs assessments evaluating available eating disorder treatment and prevention services for students.

Regional hubs must develop policies and procedures for providing eating disorder services through the existing three-tiered system: Tier 1 (universal supports like workshops), Tier 2 (small-group interventions), and Tier 3 (individualized clinical interventions for youth in distress).

Hubs must establish protocols for assigning mental health clinicians, prevention specialists, or other providers to deliver eating disorder services to students.

Takes effect on the first day of the third month following enactment.
