Creates the "Internet Predator Investigation and Prosecution Fund" as a non-lapsing fund within the Department of Treasury to support county prosecutors investigating online child predators.

Imposes a mandatory $200 assessment on every person convicted of computer criminal activity or any sex offense, in addition to existing fines and penalties.

Fund proceeds will be distributed by the Attorney General as grants to county prosecutor offices for training and equipment to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to arrange meetings with children for criminal purposes.

County prosecutors must apply for grants by describing their need for funding and how it will be used to further investigation and prosecution objectives.

Establishes payment priority placing this assessment twelfth in the order of collection from convicted defendants, after existing victim compensation and law enforcement assessments.
