Creates new criminal provisions specifically addressing AI-generated or computer-created imagery that appears to depict children in sexual acts, with second-degree penalties for production/distribution and third-degree penalties for possession when the material is obscene

Adds mandatory minimum sentences of one-third to one-half of the imposed sentence without parole eligibility for second or subsequent offenses under the child endangerment statute

Expands sex offender registration requirements to include convictions under the new AI-generated imagery provisions and adds these offenses to the RICO statute's definition of racketeering activity
