Establishes the Training Clinicians to Support Adults with Autism Workforce Development Program at the Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services to recruit and train individuals to serve adults with autism and improve their quality of life

Appropriates $500,000 from the General Fund to Rutgers for program establishment and implementation

Requires enrollment of at least 8-10 students annually with 20-40 hours of intensive training per week, including hands-on clinical training, academic coursework, research opportunities, and a capstone project

Recruits students from baccalaureate, master's, and doctoral programs across disciplines including psychology, medicine, law, education, social work, computer science, business, and the arts

Grants Rutgers discretion to determine program duration (full-year, semester, or summer) and to create different iterations for undergraduate, graduate, part-time, and full-time students
