Prohibits manufacturers from selling, distributing, or offering menstrual products containing intentionally added perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in New Jersey

Covers tampons, sanitary pads, discs, menstrual cups, and period underwear, including both disposable and reusable products

Requires the Department of Environmental Protection to establish a periodic testing system for PFAS in menstrual products using approved laboratories and testing methods

Test results must be made available to the Department of Health upon request for inspection

Violations constitute unlawful practices under the Consumer Fraud Act, subjecting violators to associated remedies and penalties; takes effect 25 months after enactment
