Prohibits selling any food, beverage, or product intended to be ingested or inhaled if its packaging or advertising directly or indirectly references controlled dangerous substances or their analogs.

Bans the sale of any product using drug-related advertising to persons under 18 years of age, regardless of the product type.

Exempts prescription medications dispensed by pharmacists pursuant to valid prescriptions from these restrictions.

Violations constitute unlawful practices under New Jersey's consumer fraud act, with penalties up to $10,000 for first offenses and $20,000 for subsequent offenses.

Takes effect on the first day of the third month following enactment.
