Requires publication of examination passage and failure rates administered by professional boards, plus aggregate counts of consumer complaints with average response times

Datasets must be sortable by professional board and license type, with year-by-year comparison capabilities

Takes effect on the first day of the ninth month following enactment, with all data complying with the Open Public Records Act and applicable privacy laws
