Prohibits New Jersey governmental entities from releasing home addresses of corrections officers, parole officers, probation officers, current law enforcement officers, and retired law enforcement officers through public records requests.

Amends the Open Public Records Act to exclude these employees' home addresses from the definition of "government record," making the information confidential.

Requires custodians of government records to redact home addresses of covered public safety employees from any documents before granting public access.

Permits disclosure of these addresses only for use by government agencies carrying out official functions or by private parties seeking to enforce court-ordered child support.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
