Each county college must work with county board of social services representatives to provide direct assistance helping students access social services, with designated employees responsible for streamlining application processes.

Division of Family Development in the Department of Human Services must work with local workforce development boards and community college staff to assist students with SNAP, TANF, Childcare Subsidy, and other social services applications.

County colleges and local workforce development boards must establish partnerships with workforce training providers, economic development organizations, and nonprofits to identify unemployed and underemployed residents who could benefit from county college enrollment and career pathways.
