Requires health insurance plans to cover annual preventive services at least once per calendar year (January 1 through December 31), eliminating waiting periods except when medically necessary for safety.

Applies to hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, health service corporations, individual and group health insurance policies, small employer health benefits plans, and health maintenance organizations.

Prohibits coverage of duplicative preventive services unless a provider determines such services are clinically indicated.

Amends P.L.2019, c.360 to standardize preventive care coverage across all regulated insurance contracts in New Jersey.
