Amends New Jersey's behavioral health crisis services system (P.L.2022, c.35) to explicitly include postpartum depression as a covered condition alongside mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

Requires the 9-8-8 suicide prevention and behavioral health crisis hotline to provide crisis intervention services for postpartum depression, available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Mandates the Commissioner of Human Services to collaborate with postpartum depression treatment providers in coordinating service linkages with crisis hotline centers and mobile crisis response teams.

Updates legislative findings to recognize that untreated postpartum depression significantly impacts quality of life for affected individuals and their families, warranting inclusion in the state's crisis response framework.
