Amends N.J.S.2B:20-10 to add a new category of excuse from jury service for students temporarily residing outside New Jersey while enrolled in out-of-state educational programs

Applies to students attending secondary, post-secondary, vocational, graduate, or professional education programs located outside New Jersey

Requires students to provide acceptable proof of temporary out-of-state residency to attend the educational program

The New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts will establish requirements for acceptable forms of proof of out-of-state residency

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
