Expands Daniel's Law protections to include members of the New Jersey Legislature and municipal court administrators, adding them to the list of covered persons whose home addresses and unpublished phone numbers are protected from disclosure.

Increases the compliance window for removing personal information from the Internet from 10 business days to 45 business days after receiving a nondisclosure request.

Authorizes employers, unions, benevolent associations, labor organizations, and designated agents to submit nondisclosure requests on behalf of covered persons with written consent.

Requires the Office of Information Privacy to establish a portal for covered persons to prohibit private entities from disclosing their personal information, with penalties for non-compliance.

Protects immediate family members residing in the same household as covered persons, including spouses, children, parents, and other relatives related by blood or law.
