Establishes the "South Jersey Community Resilience Center" in Atlantic City to serve as a dedicated resource hub for LGBTQIA+ individuals in the eight South Jersey counties, which are home to approximately 200,000 LGBTQIA+ residents.

Appropriates $500,000 from the General Fund to the Department of Human Services to implement the center.

Requires the Department of Human Services, in consultation with the Department of Health, to administer the center in partnership with nonprofit organizations, hospitals, community health centers, and mental health organizations.

Center services include peer discussion groups, mental health workshops, educational seminars on LGBTQIA+ healthcare, community-building activities, and access to healthcare and advocacy resources.

Addresses the current lack of any dedicated LGBTQIA+ community space in South Jersey, which represents about 30 percent of New Jersey's population.
