Renames Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital in New Jersey as Richard J. Codey Psychiatric Hospital, effective immediately upon enactment

Requires the Department of Health to update all official publications and expeditiously replace existing signs, advertisements, and other public indicators to reflect the new hospital name

Establishes that any reference to Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital in any law, rule, regulation, contract, or document shall mean Richard J. Codey Psychiatric Hospital

Amends Title 30 of the Revised Statutes (R.S.30:1-7 and R.S.30:4-160) to replace "Greystone Park" with "Richard J. Codey" in the official list of state psychiatric facilities
