Crisis pregnancy centers are defined as nonprofit facilities providing pregnancy counseling and referrals to non-medical services, adoption, and child-rearing resources, but not abortion referrals

The Division of Consumer Affairs will develop guidelines and signage requirements; violations are subject to penalties under the Consumer Fraud Act

The Attorney General may seek injunctions in Superior Court to prohibit centers from advertising or operating if they engage in deceptive practices
