Attorney General's Office must prepare and maintain a notice listing all weapons, accessories, ammunition types, and modifications (barrel, stock, grip, scope, magazine, muzzle) that are illegal or banned in New Jersey, including associated fines and penalties.

All materials must be available on the Attorney General's website in the five most commonly spoken languages in the state, with digital and printable versions of pamphlets and informational graphics.

Real estate licensees must include the web address for banned weapons information in all residential and commercial sales contracts and leases.

New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission must provide a link to the Attorney General's banned weapons materials on its website for all applicants.

Institutions of higher education must provide an online link to the banned weapons materials to each enrolled student.
